Initial Chronic Consultation

Service Description

During your chronic consultation we will discuss the long term health challenges you have been having and then Jennifer will build a personalized protocol recommendation schedule based on your condition and how it is affecting you the most. These personalized plans are then re-evaluated at 4-8 week increments during your follow up appointments while your body is healing from the chronic condition.
